I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was great, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the front desk receptionist Ayesha. Upon entering my room, I noticed the sheets weren’t as clean as expected, and I decided to share my concern with the front desk. From the moment I approached Ayesha, she listened with genuine care, showing both patience and understanding in handling the situation. Without hesitation, she sincerely apologized and took immediate action to resolve the issue, demonstrating a level of professionalism that made me feel valued as a guest. To my pleasant surprise, she upgraded my room to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my stay. Ayesha's warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set her apart. Thanks to her, my stay ended up being memorable, and I left with a great impression of the hotel’s customer service. I’m grateful for her kindness and highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Queen Suite, which is the hotel’s finest accommodation. The room itself was incredibly spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Moreover, the windows offered a beautiful view, adding to the overall appeal. One feature we particularly appreciated was the water filter station on every floor. It allowed us to enjoy clean and refreshing water without the need to purchase bottled water, which aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability. Additionally, the lobby exuded style and sophistication, with plenty of comfortable couches to relax on. All in all, our stay was exceptional, thanks to the impressive room, the scenic view, and the hotel’s environmentally conscious amenities.

Refreshing decor, scent of the property (Skandinavisk is SKOG makes the whole property smell like a pine forest!), bed is incredibly comfortable and love that the rooms have lots of storage compartments to actually 'unpack' into. The rooms are always sunny and the big townhouse windows only add to the London experience. On my first stay I raised that the desk (basically a shelf) was not usable to work on, and the next stay realised they had added a table to the same room category, so very reactive in terms of guest feedback. Perfect walking distance to Lancaster Gate and Paddington (even with a heavy bag, dragging to Heathrow Express wasn't a big chore). Overall my favourite place to come back to in London.

The hotel has its own restaurant, and all options on the menu are vegan or vegetarian, which is great for us. Our room was clean, quiet, and pretty big for two people. Additionally, we had an aroma diffuser in our room, which I had never seen in a hotel before. The modern and fresh style of the Inhabit hotel was impressive. The location is excellent as well, near Hyde Park, and you can get there in about 4-5 minutes. The hotel also offers a spa and yoga classes, so if we had enough time, we would definitely visit. I highly recommend it, and I am sure that we will come back on our next trip to London!

I loved the hotel’s perfect location, which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The cosy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The rooms I stayed in were excellent—comfortable, well-designed, and inviting. Additionally, the exceptional hospitality from Ayesha and Leona at the front desk truly stood out, adding a warm and personal touch to the experience.
